I Can’t Access My Snapchat Account Because Verification Code Goes to Old Number

I recently changed my phone number, and now I can’t access my Snapchat account because the verification code is still being sent to my old number. There’s no option to update my number or verify my identity another way, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve had this account for years and stored so many important photos and memories in it—now I’m locked out over something that should be fixable.

Snapchat, there needs to be an alternative verification method—like email confirmation, identity check, or support agent assistance. Not everyone keeps their old number forever, and users shouldn’t be punished for switching carriers.

Please help me recover my account. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve saved just because of a phone number change. This issue is urgent and important to me.
