Snapchat Support Not Resolving Unauthorized Subscription Issue

On February 9, 2026, at around 1:20 AM, $16 was charged to my account with the description “Snapchat+ subscription purchase,” even though I did not authorize or approve this transaction. I have never started a Snapchat+ subscription, nor have I previously signed up for any trial or membership.

The Snapchat account is entirely mine and is used only on my personal phone. After noticing the transaction, I attempted to get support through Snapchat, cancel the subscription, and request a refund. However, no solution has been provided, and the subscription has not been canceled.

I demand that this Snapchat+ subscription, which was activated without my knowledge, be canceled immediately and that the full $16 be refunded to my account.
