Google Play Refund Not Received After Canceling Snapchat Subscription
My 4-year-old niece accidentally purchased a subscription in the Snapchat app that I use on my Redmi Note 12 device. I noticed a $8 charge on my bank statement and immediately canceled the subscription through the “Subscriptions” section in Google Play Store. Both the purchase and cancellation took place on October 25 or 26.
However, even though two weeks have passed, the charged amount has not been refunded to my account, and I have not received any update or notification from Google Play.
The Google account linked to the purchase is a**********@gmail.com**.
I request that the $8 charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible, as the subscription was purchased accidentally by a child and was canceled immediately after the transaction.
