Novakid Customer Complains About Unresponsive Support

The ongoing communication issues I have been experiencing with Novakid have still not been resolved. In addition, on February 1, 2026, two of my scheduled lessons were automatically canceled in the system without my approval. While my subscription was still active, these planned lessons were canceled without any prior notice, negatively affecting both my child’s schedule and our family’s plans.

I contacted Novakid through the chat support system regarding this issue; however, my problem was not resolved, and I did not receive a clear or satisfactory response. This situation has only worsened the communication problems that have existed from the beginning and has left me feeling that I have no reliable point of contact.

I request that the two canceled lessons be refunded to me either financially or as restored lesson credits. Additionally, I ask that a proper and responsive support channel be provided so that I can reach someone who can genuinely assist me if I experience issues in the future.
