Snapchat Support Ignored My Request to Close My Account

I would like my Snapchat account, which I have been unable to access for about two years, to be permanently closed. The account’s username is hayalim_gul9520, and the email address that I believe is registered with the account is s*********@gmail.com**. I have not been able to log into the account for a long time and cannot complete the verification or access steps required to regain entry.

Since I cannot access the account but still want it to be closed, I am concerned about security. I have tried accessing the account from different devices and internet connections, but none of these attempts were successful. I also tried contacting Snapchat support, but I have not received any response.

I request that the account be reviewed and permanently closed, and that I be informed once the deletion has been completed.
