Snapchat Password Reset Not Working With New Phone Number
My Snapchat account is currently registered under my old phone number and old email address. Since I have changed both my phone number and email address, I no longer have access to that information. I have also forgotten my password, so I have been unable to log into or use my account for a long time.
I have been experiencing this issue for approximately six months and have not been able to resolve it on my own. During this time, I have not contacted Snapchat customer service because I cannot complete the standard password reset steps without access to my old phone number or email address.
After verifying my identity, I request that the phone number and email address associated with my account be updated, that my account be linked to my current contact information, and that I be able to regain access to my account. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
