Snapchat Disabled My 4-Year-Old Account With No Warning and Won't Tell Me Why
My Snapchat account, which I had been actively using for about four years, was suddenly disabled with absolutely no explanation. It has now been locked for two years. Every time I try to log in, I see a message saying my account has been temporarily disabled — but there is no option, field, or form anywhere that lets me appeal that decision.
Throughout this time, I reached out to the Snapchat support team, but they were no help at all. I never received any explanation for why my account was closed or what triggered the disable in the first place. This account genuinely mattered to me — it was something I had put a lot of time and effort into over the years.
I am asking Snapchat to take another look at my account, which was shut down without any concrete reason given, and to restore it.
