You can take control of Snapchat spam snaps and protect your privacy with these tips:
The spammer can be blocked and reported immediately by tapping the three dots in the bottom right corner of the snap, selecting "Block," and then "Report Snap." This removes the user from your contacts and alerts Snapchat for possible action.
Change your privacy settings to limit who can contact and view your content. Under "Who can..." options like "Send me Snaps" and "See My Story," select "My Friends" to restrict interactions to trusted contacts.
You can also disable Discovery, which exposes you to random users. To avoid unsolicited snaps, go to "Additional Services" and "Manage," then disable "Show me in Discovery" in your settings.
Check your Snapcode visibility settings. Your widely shared Snapcode may be attracting unwanted attention. Under "Snapcode," choose "Only My Friends" or a custom option to restrict access.
Finally, disable Quick Add if it's connecting you with strangers. In settings, go to "See My Profile" and then "See Quick Add Suggestions," then turn it off to stop connecting with strangers.
