Snapchat Ignored My Reports of Harassment and Offensive Content on an Account

I’ve reported H***’s account several times for spam, inappropriate content, and harassment, but Snapchat hasn’t done anything about it. This account keeps posting offensive stuff, swearing, and harassing others, but it looks like the platform isn't doing anything about it. A bunch of us, myself included, feel uneasy about this behavior and are really annoyed that nothing seems to be changing. I really hope Snapchat addresses this issue quickly and either limits or closes this account soon. It's frustrating that despite all the reports, this account is still up and making things tough for others. I hope this gets sorted out soon.
