Smule Account Not Recharging Without Intimation

Why is my Smule account not recharged without any intimation? I kindly request that my Smule account be continued immediately, as I want to keep singing in the Smule app. Right now, my account is not working, and today I wanted to continue singing. I already tried restarting the app and checking my payment details, but nothing helped. I have been using Smule regularly and really enjoy singing every day. So please give me permission to continue the recharge on my Smule account.
