I Can’t Access My Smule Account After Facebook Was Hacked

My Smule account was originally linked to my Facebook account, but unfortunately, my Facebook was hacked and I no longer have access to it. To make matters worse, the Google account and phone number I had associated with Smule are also inactive or inaccessible. I’ve completely lost all entry points to my original account.

I’ve spent a lot of time and effort building that Smule profile, and it holds sentimental and creative value for me. I’m deeply frustrated that there is no clear or accessible recovery process for situations like mine. I’ve reached out hoping for help, but I haven’t received any meaningful guidance or solution yet.

I’m urgently requesting that Smule support help me recover my old account or at the very least provide a way to verify my identity through alternate methods. Please don’t ignore this request—this is important to me. I need a prompt and effective response to regain access to my account.
