I Face Skyscanner Charging Me Without Sending Ticket Confirmation

On Sunday, April 12 at 9:58 PM, I booked a flight from Antalya to Seoul through Skyscanner. The payment was processed via MoneyPay/ETS Ersoy, and a total of $1,069 was charged to my card. The airline PNR number appears as 9B6QLH through One Guchub.

However, despite the payment being successfully charged, I did not receive any flight or ticket details via email. I am also unable to access my booking information through the system. At this point, I neither have a usable ticket nor have I received any refund.

I request that the full amount of $1,069 be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear information regarding the status of my ticket, if it exists.
