If Sky Bet lost track of your bet slip after you placed it, first log in and go to “My Account → Betting Activity → My Transactions” — this shows all bets placed, settled or pending, and nothing can be deleted.
If your bet still doesn’t appear, it may be in the “older bets” tab created after Sky Bet’s recent upgrade, so check for a separate filter or date-group around the time you placed it.
If you still can’t find it, contact Sky Bet’s customer support (live chat, email or social media) with your account ID, approximate time and stake — they can access backend records and restore your bet history if it truly went missing.
