I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username @trynafind_rio. I registered this account using the email address reeya***@gmail.com, and I access TikTok from Nepal.
On or around October 15, I lost access to my account because the phone number linked to it and the two-step verification method are no longer available to me. I also suspect that someone may have changed my password. Since I no longer have access to that phone number, I cannot receive the OTP, log in, or reset my password.
I contacted TikTok Support and explained that I no longer have access to the registered phone number. However, I was told that, for security reasons, they cannot assist with accounts that do not have access to the registered phone number or email, and I was advised to either log in through a linked social media account or create a new account.
However, I still have full access to my registered email address (reeya***@gmail.com) and can provide proof that this account belongs to me, including profile screenshots and email notifications from TikTok (such as balance and profile-related messages) sent to this email.
I kindly request that my case be reviewed again and that I be assisted in recovering my @trynafind_rio account by removing the old phone number and inaccessible two-step verification, and allowing me to verify and log in using my registered email address instead.
I am ready to provide any additional evidence or screenshots needed to confirm my ownership, including the email notifications I have received from TikTok. I respectfully ask that this matter be investigated and that my access to the account be restored as soon as possible.
