Skoda Octavia 2021 Gear Shift and Warranty Problems

My Skoda Octavia 2021's gear shift alarm has been giving me trouble. It tells me to take the car to the service center once or twice a week. Even though the warranty on the car ran out in January, the problem didn't start happening until February. The service center told me I needed to replace the gear shift, but since the warranty was over, they could only give me a goodwill guarantee. But they said it would cost 5150 Turkish Lira, which I thought was too much based on what other Skoda Octavia owners said. When I called Skoda's customer service, I was told that the amount of the goodwill guarantee was up to the service center and could be different from one case to the next. I thought this was a strange and confusing way to do things. Skoda recommends that you get your car serviced at their authorized service center to get the goodwill guarantee. However, their service costs are very high compared to other options. Even if I took my car to a good mechanic, it would only cost around 2,000 Turkish Lira to get all the oil and filters changed. Overall, I'm not happy with how Skoda deals with customer service and goodwill guarantees. Some companies offer warranties for up to 5 or 6 years, but Skoda only offers a 2-year warranty, and their "goodwill guarantee" seems to be little more than a way to get customers to pay more money.
