Unauthorized SkipTheDishes Order Charged to My Credit Card
On July 25, 2026, a SkipTheDishes driver delivered a Subway order to my address in Calgary, Alberta, even though I had not placed any order. The driver did not wait for me to confirm the order or to tell him that it was not mine; he simply left the food at my door and left. Afterwards, I noticed that approximately $100.00 had been charged to my credit card for this order that I did not make or authorize. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the transaction, and they have put a hold on my card and informed me that they will respond next week. I request a full refund for this unauthorized charge and an investigation into how this order was linked to my card without my consent. I still have the food at my home and am willing to return it if a SkipTheDishes driver or representative wants to retrieve it. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and the incorrect charge to be removed from my credit card.
