Skechers Sneaker Started Pilling and Wearing, Even To Separate

January 18, 2023, I spent 2650 TL at Boyner for a pair of Skechers sneakers. After only three months of use, the shoes began to exhibit symptoms of pilling and wear, and the rear heel began to separate, sent the shoes back to Boyner under the guarantee, but they said the problems weren't their fault and that they couldn't help me out in any way. Why should I spend that much money on shoes if they start pilling after only three months of wear? I could have prevented this letdown by purchasing a pair for around 300-400 TL. Skechers is a company that stands behind its products, therefore this sort of action is unacceptable on their part. Now, I feel compelled to caution anyone thinking of making a purchase from Skechers: you may be squandering your money if you put your faith in and purchase their items. Believe me, there are so many people around me complaining about the same issues... They offer warranty coverage but never follow through and instead blame customers for problems. You shouldn't put your faith in this firm for warranty replacements.
