Skechers Shoes Dangerously Slippery

I'm very unhappy with my April 10, 2023 purchase from the Izmir Optimum Skechers store. My Skechers shoes became a hazard after only three months of use, as the heel area lost traction and slipped on the ground while walking. I've had several near-falls as a result of this problem. How can a shoe degrade so quickly in only three months? Walking has become a potential risk, which is concerning. I paid a significant amount for these shoes, relying on the promised 2-year warranty, but I'm now left wondering about their worth. I had them inspected three times, and each time they claimed that there was no manufacturing defect. So, what exactly is covered by the warranty? Does it not apply to subsequent issues? Why was I informed of a 2-year warranty? My attempts to contact customer service have been fruitless; they will not even record my complaint. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. It appears that they are selling products without any sense of accountability, which is very misleading.
