Skechers Refused to Exchange My Shoes Despite Serious Odor Problem
Three days ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, and within a short time, a serious odor problem developed. Because of this, I went to the store and requested a product exchange. Even though I had the receipt, the store staff only took photos of the shoes and sent them to the headquarters. However, the headquarters reviewed the photos and decided there was no manufacturing defect, rejecting my request for an exchange. I also did not receive any support from the store during this process. I believe the issue with the product is not caused by user error, and I am requesting an exchange to resolve my grievance.
