Skechers Lite Pro Natura Sneakers Deformed Quickly - My Refund Request Rejected



I purchased a pair of Skechers Lite-Pro Natura model sneakers one year ago, and despite very little use, the soles developed shrinkage and deformation. The shoes became smaller and wrinkled shortly after purchase, so I went to the store to request a refund. However, I was told that there was no manufacturing defect and that my request for an exchange was rejected. When I mentioned that I trusted Boyner when making my purchase, the store representative responded that Skechers often causes difficulties in product exchanges. This experience has completely shaken my trust in both Skechers’ quality and Boyner. I paid ₺3,000 for this product, which is still under warranty, and I am requesting a refund to resolve the grievance I have experienced.
They neither showed any interest in my problem, nor did they call or do anything else. You are a disappointment, Skechers and Boyner.
Today, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I no longer want a product replacement; I requested a refund. As the Skechers and Boyner brands, I will show you that your first priority should be focusing on customer satisfaction, God willing.
