I'd like to warn others about my frustrating experience with Skechers products. Please be cautious before purchasing anything from this brand. Skechers has a strict no-return policy and will make any excuse to avoid refunds, even if the product has a minor flaw such as high-temperature exposure or detergent residue. In my case, they claimed there were heat and detergent marks on my shoes, despite the fact that I had never washed them. It's clear that they're just looking for reasons to reject returns. I only wore the shoes for two months before they began to fall apart. Skechers, on the other hand, refused to accept them back. Although these shoes are comfortable, their quality leaves much to be desired. They quickly degrade, and Skechers' customer service is non-existent. Avoid Skechers if you don't want to waste your money. I'm sorry I didn't heed these warnings sooner.
