Skechers' Deceptive Warranty Response and Customer Service Nightmares
Skechers is a very simple company with a non-serious, buy-it-if-you-want mentality, with the answer that there are no manufacturing defects that hide the obvious poor quality of the product, that only sells but does not find any solutions. I suggest you stay away and buy two from other brands instead of paying that much money. The product I sent under warranty was returned with a ridiculous reply that the left inner mesh side part was deformed in very short wear, without even any impact, and that it was of poor quality and there was no manufacturing defect, with the logic that I sold the product anyway. I didn't say there was a manufacturing defect, I said that the product was of poor quality and was easily deformed without any reason. This is making fun of the customer. It's a terrible company that charges an additional cost because you have to take the product to the dealer you bought it from by cargo, but treats its own dealer customers who make online purchases via cargo as if to go and find out your number and buy it online or I'll give you a hassle. I have never seen such a disgraceful company before, stay away.
