Skechers is Refusing To Replace Faulty Product

Despite having only worn them three times, the sides of my Skechers shoes have already begun to separate. I forwarded the findings of the inspection to be evaluated, but they claimed that washing caused oxidation and refused to replace them. The shoes have not been cleaned in any way, including getting wet. They subjected them to a strength test, which enabled them to detect oxidation, which they determined was the source of the problem. Oxidation? The presence of oxidation cannot be inferred from strength test results. Furthermore, the shoes are already starting to fall apart. How exactly are these strength tests conducted? They are outright lying to avoid having to replace them.
