Skechers does not enforce the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Panel
With the Decision of the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the UNO model shoes I purchased from the Bursa Korupark Skechers store were decided to be replaced with a new one free of defects. Customer service directed me to the store. However, I haven't received any phone calls in over two months. There is no way for me to communicate via another channel. I purchased the shoes on a trip, but there is no store near where I live, so there is no assistance. I filed a complaint, and they said they would forward it to the appropriate unit and get back to you. It's been three weeks with no sound. When I call, the person who answers the phone is completely unaware. They don't always say, let's go back.
