Skechers 3D Max Protect Shoe Stitching Defect

Hi there, I bought a pair of Skechers 3D Max Protect shoes on October 7, 2023, and the stitching on the toe area has come undone. Even after sending them for inspection twice, I got a response saying there was no manufacturing defect. It's really disappointing that a pair of shoes I've only worn 20-30 times for everyday use would have such a problem, especially considering how loyal I've been to this brand. I'm pretty sure it's not because of something I did wrong. I'd like to exchange the product for a new one. I'm grateful for your help.
