The shoes I bought from Skechers cracked and tore at the front after three months of wearing them. It's clear that this happened because the shoes were made with bad synthetic materials that weren't suitable. The warranty review didn't go well. They said the problem was caused by the user. I want to either return the product or get a refund for it at the current price.

The process related to the problem is ongoing. We have contacted Skechers customer service a total of five times, speaking with Ms. Dilara, Ms. Özge, Ms. Bahar, and others. However, no one is solution-oriented; the brand directs us to the company, and the company directs us back to the brand. This is a distressing process resulting from the joint operations of two companies treating the consumer like a ping-pong ball. The company claims it cannot see its own prepared documents in the system. Now they are telling me to restart the process. I hope a positive response will be made in the name of customer satisfaction and to compensate for their inability to manage this crisis process, which does not befit their professionalism. Otherwise, I will file complaints about Skechers with judicial authorities, the presidency, and the public auditing institutions, based on the situation specified in TCK 157.

It's been nearly 6 months, and my application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee has been concluded. According to the relevant decision, the problem with the shoes was a manufacturing defect. The Consumer Arbitration Committee made a fair decision and found the fault with the Skechers brand. Thus, despite all the negative efforts by the Skechers brand and Mr. Aydın, the Skechers representative in Istanbul, I received a refund. If I hadn't, I would have proven my case in court anyway. My final words to the Skechers brand that victimized me in this process are: I am done with this brand, and I will share this negative experience and how you victimized me on every platform. I will tell everyone that your priority is not customer satisfaction but only adding to your wealth, and that you try to trample over customers in this pursuit. Now you are out of my life, Skechers, goodbye forever.
