Disappointing Quality of Skechers Shoes

On April 15, 2023, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from the SuperStep store at Maltepe Piazza. I noticed some issues with the shoes after only two months of wear after not wearing them for a while. The inner lining and sides of the shoes began to separate. I returned to the store where I had purchased the shoes, and they informed me that they had sent the shoes to the company for inspection. However, on September 1, 2023, I received disappointing news in reference to case number sup698809. They stated that nothing would be done about the shoe problem. These shoes weren't cheap, and it's disappointing that they only lasted two months. I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Commission and may also file a complaint with CIMER (Communication Center for Public Complaints). The price should be matched by the quality.
