I have been using an original dark blue Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max MagSafe case since March. The case has always been used carefully, I have not dropped the phone or subjected the case to any impact or misuse, yet peeling has started on all four corners and clear circular MagSafe marks have formed on the back. This is not the durability I expect from an original Apple accessory that should be under warranty together with the phone. About three weeks ago I contacted Apple support and clearly stated that I did not have the invoice for the case. I was told that this would not be a problem and I was directed to the service. However, the authorized service refused to process my request, stating that they would not proceed without an invoice. I then contacted Apple support again, they requested many photos from me, including a photo of my phone invoice, asked numerous questions and opened a case file. After waiting for days for the result of this file, the only answer I received was that they could not help me because I did not have the invoice for the case. The phone and the case have not been on the market for even a year, so it is clear that both products are still within their warranty period, yet instead of offering a solution the process has been prolonged and I have been left without support. I request that my defective original Apple MagSafe case be replaced with a new one under warranty as soon as possible and that the process be handled quickly and without further difficulty.
