Defective Skechers Shoes Tear After 15 Wears





I have a complaint regarding the malfunctioning Skechers items I purchased. Two months ago, when washing one of the sneakers I purchased for my wife and myself with the brand's recommended cleaning foam, I noticed a tear in the fabric at the corner. I saw the same problem in the other shoe as well. It is clear that we were sold defective products. How many individuals inspect the interior of their shoes before purchasing? If I had done so, I would have returned the items to the seller. It's ridiculous that these sneakers deteriorated so quickly after only 15 days of wear in over two months. I sent the merchandise to the service center, and they responded that no problems were discovered during the factory check. I would never buy with this brand again and will request a refund for both products.

They are calling from customer service, there's nothing to be done, they say new buyers should be careful not to buy an open box and should check every part of the product they purchase because Skechers does not stand behind their product and delivers defective items from the branch at Özdilek AVM.
