Sinbo Electric Tea Set Handle Breaks After One Month of Use

Sinbo Electric Tea Set Handle Breaks After One Month of Use

About two months ago I received a Sinbo electric tea set as a gift. After using it for about a month, the handle of the upper teapot, which is the brewing part, suddenly broke off on its own during normal use. The handle is made of plastic and separated from the metal body, which makes the teapot unsafe and unusable. After the handle broke, I did not contact the store or service first; instead I searched the market and online to see if I could find a suitable replacement handle. However, I could not find any spare part that fits this product, so I am currently unable to use the tea set at all. I request that a new handle that fits this model of Sinbo electric tea set be provided to me free of charge so that I can continue using the product safely. I kindly ask you to support me by supplying the appropriate spare handle or by offering a suitable solution.
