Siemens WQ44G2CIT2 Dryer Misinformation and Warranty Issues!

On November 20, 2023, at 6:22 PM, I purchased the WQ44G2CIT2 model, a 9 kg capacity dryer from Siemens Ankara Optimum store. The appliance was delivered at 10:30 AM on November 23, 2023. On the same day at 5:00 PM, the service team arrived. Without providing any information about the device, Mr. R*** initiated the warranty directly and then proceeded to explain the appliance. Due to the Self Clean feature, he stated that the device needed to be serviced by a professional, costing the current fee of 1500 ₺, once or twice a year. I expressed that I was not informed about this feature and its related maintenance requirements when purchasing the device, and therefore, I wanted to return it. Mr. R*** claimed it was not his concern and advised me to contact the dealer. When I insisted on canceling the warranty, he accepted, and our discussion escalated. Later, when I contacted the dealer, they assured me there was no issue and they could accept the return. However, upon reaching the store, they refused the return, citing that the warranty had already begun. I questioned the person who sold me the device about why this feature was not explained, and he defensively responded. This process took about an hour. I find myself the third person to complain about the same device at this store. I called Siemens customer service; let's see how soon they will respond. Please refrain from automated responses; I want you to know I will pursue my rights to the fullest. I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. The service charges for everything are unreasonable. Siemens has fallen short in terms of customer satisfaction. Due to a machine for which I requested a return within an hour due to incomplete information, I am now suffering. I will fight for my rights, but I will never purchase a Siemens product again.
