Siemens Failed to Deliver My IQ700 Fridge Upstairs Despite Approval

I have a duplex flat. The logistic company declined to carry the fridge to upstairs claiming the stairs are not wide enough. So I didn't accept the fridge and it returned back. Negotiations took one week then I asked for the Siemens asembly service guys to take measurement and report if it can be carried or not. They came one week later, took the measurements and decided that it can be carried without any harm. The Siemens headquarter told me the carrying company is informed and they will come with assembly service guys. When the fridge came back after 11 days the service guys were not there and carrying company told me they are not informed. I called Siemens 5 times and waited for hours. Every time they made me explain the situation again and again because every time there was a different call agent. They relayed the messages to headquarter and and headquarter didnt called back. The fridge went back again. I deeply regret that I chose Siemens and online shop. The delivery procedures are so lazy, old fashioned and time consuming. I woke up happy and they ruined my days with making me wait, explain, call and expect them to create some kind of solution.
