Sidra Chain Change Of Email And Disable Authenticator

I writing about a serious access problem with my Sidra Chain account connected to a hacked email address. Around five months ago, my email was compromised and since then I have not had any access to that email account. My Sidra Chain account is linked to this hacked email, and there is also an authenticator active on the account. Currently, when I try to log in to Sidra Chain via Chrome, I was blocked at the step where the system asks for the authenticator code. Because I no longer have control over the email and I cannot pass the authenticator step, I'm completely locked out of my account. There are assets worth over 1,000 in this Sidra Chain account, and I very worried about the safety of these funds, especially since the email linked to the account was hacked. I live in Nigeria and I trying to protect my assets and regain full, secure access to my account. I kindly request that you urgently help me by disabling the old authenticator on my Sidra Chain account and assisting me in changing the email address linked to the account to a new, secure one. I have not yet been able to contact support through any other channel, so I'm asking for your guidance and support to verify my identity through alternative methods and restore my access as soon as possible.
