Sidra Chain Blocked My Account With User Not Allowed to Authenticate Error

My Sidra Chain account shows the message "User is not allowed to authenticate." It's been more than four months now. The email linked to the account is sunusisulaiman*****@gmail.com. I don’t even know why this is happening. Please, I really want my account back. I opened the account in 2022. One day, I tried to log in and suddenly saw this issue. I need your help.
