Sidra Chain Account Deactivated Without Warning and Access Lost
My Sidra Chain account was deactivated about three days ago and since then I have not been able to access it. When I try to log in, I cannot use my account and I am completely blocked from the services. I use Sidra Chain in Nigeria and I have not been given any information or warning about why my account was deactivated. I have also not been able to contact customer support so far and there is no clear guidance on how to restore access. I request that my Sidra Chain account be urgently reactivated so that I can continue using the service without interruption and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this deactivation.
