Sidra Account Not Reactivated After Accidental Deactivation During KYC
I am writing regarding my Sidra account, which I mistakenly deactivated about two weeks ago while trying to complete the KYC process without fully understanding the instructions. The deactivation was unintentional, and I realized afterwards that I had made an error. I have already contacted Sidra customer support and requested that my account be reactivated, but my account has still not been reactivated.
