I am using the Sidrachain mobile app on Android, and my account linked to the email address abdullah***@gmail.com and username @abdullah*** was deactivated on 06/06/2026. My KYC status was already verified, but I accidentally clicked the option that led to my account being deactivated, and I was not notified of any further details about the reason. I kindly request that you review my Sidrachain account, explain the reason for the deactivation if there is any other cause, and reactivate my account if possible.
