Complaint For Reopening Of A Mistakenly Deactivated Sidra Account

My name is Abdulrafiiu A*** As*** and I am a verified user of the Sidra Chain network with the email address drasa***@gmail.com. I have been actively using Sidra Chain for more than four years. I also have a project on Sidra Start named “APEX COACO CASHEW AND PALM KARNEL INVESTMENT PLATFORM,” which is currently under review. My wallet address is 0x014F9B11762c611cebbC329E0Eb575E3B158D***. On 17 June 2026, my Sidra Chain account was mistakenly deactivated, and since then I have been unable to log in. Each attempt to access my account results in a login failure, and I have not received any prior notice or explanation regarding this deactivation. I have not yet been able to reach support about this issue. I respectfully request the immediate reactivation of my Sidra Chain account so that I can regain access to my wallet and continue the review and potential launch of my project on Sidra Start. I also kindly ask that the deactivation be checked and corrected as a mistake on my verified account.
