ShortsWave Subscription Cancellation Issue


I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with the cancellation of my weekly Shortwaves subscription. I have been trying to cancel since May 2026, but the subscription has not been stopped and I have continued to be charged. I first contacted Shortwaves customer support on May 8th and since then I have sent many follow‑up emails and messages. Despite these repeated attempts to reach you, I have not received any response or support. Because the subscription has not been cancelled as requested, the total amount charged has reached approximately $107. I request that my weekly subscription be cancelled immediately, that I receive a full refund of the $107 that has been taken, and that written confirmation be provided that my subscription is cancelled. In addition, I ask that all personal data I have shared with the app be deleted and that this deletion be confirmed in writing as well. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and in full, and I would like to receive a clear response regarding the actions taken.
