Cancellation Of ShortsWave Subscription

I am writing to report an ongoing problem with my ShortsWave subscription that I have been unable to resolve on my own, and to request immediate cancellation and a refund from the date I formally asked you to stop charging me. I initially clicked a ShortsWave link through Facebook and started a free trial, which then turned into a paid subscription of $17.99 per week. I have used ShortsWave before in the past and, at that time, I was able to see the subscription under my Google subscriptions and cancel it without any difficulty. However, with this current subscription, I cannot find it under either my Google or Apple subscriptions, so I have no way to manage or cancel it myself, yet I am still being charged every week. Because I could not locate the subscription, on April 24th I sent an email to [email protected] clearly stating that I wanted my subscription cancelled as soon as possible. I have not received any reply to that email, and the weekly charges have continued. I also contacted my bank and filed a complaint and was issued a new debit card. Despite this, as soon as I activated the new card, a new pending POS DEBIT charge from SHORTSWAVE (for example, “POS DEBIT SHORTSWAVE 861891474633” and “SHORTSWAVE SINGAPORE 04/30”) appeared again on my account for $17.99. I find it extremely frustrating that I cannot see where this subscription is being managed, that I am still being charged weekly after explicitly asking for cancellation, and that my email has been ignored. I am not asking for a refund all the way back to March, because I did use the service during that time since I could not get it cancelled. However, I am requesting immediate cancellation of this hidden subscription and a full refund of all charges taken from the date of my email on April 24th onward, as I had clearly communicated my wish to stop the service from that point. Please confirm that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that the relevant charges from April 24th are refunded, so that no further payments are taken from my account.
