ShortsWave Please Stop Charging My Account For A Cancelled Subscription.
I live in the USA and I was using the ShortsWave app with a weekly subscription that I started through the Apple App Store. I cancelled this subscription around June 1st, and in every place I check it clearly shows as cancelled, including on my phone settings, in the app and on my Apple subscription page. Despite this, ShortsWave is still trying to process new charges on my debit card as if the subscription were active. Because of these repeated payment attempts, I have already had to cancel my debit card so that no new charges can go through, and I am now waiting for a new card. I have also sent two emails to ShortsWave about this situation and have not received any response. I request that my subscription be fully and definitively cancelled in your systems, that all further payment attempts on my account stop immediately, and that I receive a clear confirmation that no more charges will be attempted for this subscription.
