ShortsWave Continued Charges After Subscription Canceled
I am writing regarding ongoing subscription charges for the ShortsWave app through the Apple App Store, despite having canceled the subscription on 04/29/2026. Since that date, I have been billed for five additional subscription cycles at $17.99 each, totaling $89.95, with the most recent charge made on 06/02/2026. After noticing that I was still being charged, I contacted ShortsWave customer service through the in‑app support at least three times, starting around 05/14/2026, but I have never received any response. I then opened a dispute with Apple, and it appears that I received a single refund of $17.99 on 05/26/2026 in relation to the 05/21/2026 charge. However, even after that refund, I was charged again on 05/28/2026 and 06/02/2026. My Apple dispute case number is D-23877873 and my ShortsWave identifier is 140bfc70ec0603be. I request that all ShortsWave subscription charges made after my cancellation on 04/29/2026 be fully refunded, and that my subscription be permanently and definitively canceled so that no further payments are taken. I also expect a clear written explanation of how these charges continued after cancellation and why my support requests through the app have gone unanswered.
