Stop Shortmax Auto-Renewal and Refund 29.99 AUD Charge

I had a subscription with Shortmax and Dramawave, which I requested to cancel about a month ago. Despite this cancellation request, my subscription was renewed by itself again this week without my consent. The subscription is registered under the e-mail address roschelmaeburd***@yahoo.com, and I am using the service in Australia. The most recent renewal fee of 29.99 AUD was charged through the App Store after I had already asked for the subscription to be cancelled. I request that my Shortmax and Dramawave subscription linked to this e-mail address be completely cancelled so that it will not renew again in the future, and that no further charges be taken from my account.
