ShortMaxTV Subscription Not Cancelled - Unauthorized Charges

My name is Delmys R*** and I had a weekly subscription to ShortMaxTV Innovación that I attempted to cancel from my phone. When trying to cancel it, I could not find any option or clear place in the phone interface to complete the cancellation, but I no longer wished to continue with the service. However, over the past 2 to 3 weeks, charges have continued to be made to my card, and so far the total amount charged is around $40. These charges appear on my bank statement, and I can provide the bank records and card details if necessary to help identify the payments. I request that all future charges to my card related to ShortMaxTV Innovación be stopped immediately and that I be refunded at least one week of the subscription, corresponding to $19.99. I also request a clear confirmation that the subscription has been fully canceled to ensure that no further unwanted charges are made.
