Shortmax Subscription Still Charging Weekly After Cancellation
I had a subscription with Shortmax that I canceled on 05/03, however they continue charging me weekly without my authorization. Since that date, they have been debiting 65.000 guaraníes every week from my account at Ueno Bank, card ending in *4032, despite the fact that I had already unsubscribed from the service. In the charges appears the ID 158186691, which corresponds to this subscription. I have already filed three complaints through this medium, and the problem persists. When I contacted Ueno Bank, they informed me that I should contact Shortmax, but it has been impossible to reach the company and stop the charges. I request the immediate and definitive cancellation of the Shortmax subscription associated with ID 158186691 and the refund of all amounts charged after 05/03, since I had already canceled the subscription and they continue debiting money from my account without my consent. I ask that this situation be resolved as soon as possible and that my line and bank card stop being used for any charge related to this service.
