ShortMax Weekly Subscription Charge

I am encountering a problem with an unwanted ShortMax subscription that is being charged to my card from Halyk Bank in the amount of 6.39 USD per week. This subscription does not appear anywhere in my account or in any service menu, so I cannot cancel it myself, yet the money continues to be debited. I contacted Halyk Bank about these charges, but I was told that they cannot cancel this subscription and that only ShortMax can stop it. As a result, I am stuck in a situation where funds are taken from my account regularly, while I have no access to any option to manage or terminate this subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of this ShortMax subscription linked to my Halyk Bank card and the stopping of any further charges. I also ask for confirmation that the subscription has been deactivated so that similar unauthorized debits do not occur in the future.
