Shortmax Charged Me but I Cannot Use or Cancel Subscription

I started a paid Shortmax subscription on April 13th, 2026. Although I have been paying regularly, I am not able to use the service at all and cannot benefit from any of the features that I am being charged for. For almost a month, I have been trying to cancel my Shortmax subscription, but there is no visible cancel option anywhere in my account or settings. Because of this, I am stuck in a paid subscription that I cannot use and cannot terminate through normal means. Since I am paying for a service that I cannot use and also cannot cancel due to the missing cancel option, I kindly request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive a full refund for the period during which I was unable to use the service.
