Unable to Cancel Shortmax Subscription and Still Charged
I am a Shortmax subscription app user in New York, US, and I have been trying to cancel my subscription since June 15. When I enter the app and follow the relevant menus, there is no button or option available to cancel the subscription, so I am unable to terminate the service through the app as expected. Despite this, the subscription fee was still automatically charged on June 20. I contacted Shortmax customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my subscription remains active against my will. I request the immediate cancellation of my Shortmax subscription and a full refund of the fee that was automatically charged on June 20, as I was not provided with a clear and accessible way to cancel.
