I subscribed to the “Short drama” service from Shortmax Innovations on 24 December 2025. On 31 December 2025 I cancelled this subscription, after which I did not use or order any of their services. Despite the cancellation, Shortmax Innovations debited my bank card ending in 5781 in the amount of 43 USD. This debit was made after the cancellation, although I did not authorize or knowingly pay for these services. I contacted the company but did not receive any response. I ask Shortmax Innovations to review this situation and make a full refund of the 43 USD debited from my bank card, as the subscription was cancelled on 31 December 2025 and I did not use the service after that.
