I deleted my Shortmax account before 23 February 2026, but despite not having an active account anymore, I have still been charged from my card through your website. I was using a weekly subscription before deleting my account. After deletion, I was charged multiple times, including on 23 February 2026 and 1 March 2026, for a total of around 40 dollars. Since my account has been deleted, I cannot even log in to check or cancel any subscription, yet the charges continue. I have bank statements clearly showing that these payments were taken directly by Shortmax via your website using my card. I contacted you about these unauthorized charges, but I have not received any response. It is very frustrating to be charged for a service when there is no active account associated with my card. I request that all of these charges taken after my account deletion be fully refunded and that any remaining subscription or automatic renewal linked to my card be completely cancelled. With the card information and bank transaction records, you can clearly see that there is no active Shortmax account, and I expect this situation to be resolved urgently and in my favor.
